  • Lunch       : 300 g grilled chicken breast wit asparagus and cherry tomatoes

  • Breakfast  : 1 bowl of brow rice with a side of watermelon wedges

Finally, after your finished the week long plan the GM diet advice you to consume a high protein, low-carbohydrates diet to help maintain weight loss. Mindfulness has been a fundamental aspect of yoga since its early documentation in the "Yoga Sutra". Mindfulness is defined as " attending to relevant aspects of experience in a nonjudgmental manner"

A 2010 literature review of the research on the use of Yoga for treating depression said that preliminary research suggest that Yoga may be effective in the management of depression. Both the exercise and the mindfulness meditation components may be helpful. A 2009 individual study founded that the regular practice of Yoga helps to decease level of depression significantly. For individuals who practice Yoga twice weekly for a period of two months, depression levels decreased as well as levels of state and trait anxiety. 
 Practice of Yoga may improve quality of life measures in Cancer patients. It is unclear what aspect may be beneficial or what population should be targeted. Other studies show improvements in low participants cope with symptoms from more physical condition like cancer. Learning breathing and relaxation techniques help patients manage pain, depression, anxiety, insomnia and fatigue.

It is act of talking photographs of wild life. Wild life photography is regarded as one of the more challenging forms of photography. As well as needing sound technical skills, such as being able to expose correctly, wildlife photographers generally need good field craft skills. For example, some animals are difficult to approach and thus knowledge of the animal’s behavior is needed in order to be able to predict their actions. Photographing some species may require stalking skills or the use of ahide/blind for concealment while wildlife photographs can be taken using basic photographic equipment; successful photography of some types of wildlife requires specialist equipment, such as macro lenses for insects, long focal length lenses for birds and underwater cameras for marine life. However, a great wildlife photograph can also be the result of being in the ‘’right place at the right time ‘’. In the early days of photography it was almost impossible to get a photograph of wildlife, due to the slow lenses and the slow sensitive of early photographic media... Wildlife photography is by no means confined to talking big game on safari, but is a vest genre that embraces mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, as well as insects, spiders, and marine and freshwater life.

Yala has been the most celebrated wildlife park in Sri Lanka for over the century. Along with its first self appointed Boer prisoner of the war game warden H E Engelbrecht Quite a story in itself Yalagam” as  If was known at the turn of the century was in effect the “Resident sportsmen’s “ shooting reservel a wild country reserved for apporoximtly 1260sqkm between “Kumbukkan River” and “Manik River”. And shares its borders with Yala strict nature reserve Kumana, Katharagama, Kalagamuwa and Nimalawa sanctuariles. The cliemate is semi and dry with scrub jungle  unique to this area along with rocky outcrops like Piduruthakala Kotagala Jamburagala strewn about the park while several fresh and brackish water lakes are found.

“Yala National Park” is one of the first and foremost National Parks in Sri Lanka. The park consists of five blocks, two of which are now open to the public and also adjoining parks. The blocks have individual names such as, Ruhuna national park block1 and “kumana National park” or ‘Yala east’ for the adjoining area .it is situated in the southeast region of country. Yala national park extends over southern and Uva province within the two districts Monaragala and Hambanthota, with a total existent of 97880ha .it is located about 300 kilometers 190 miles from Colombo. It provides shelter to an array of natural eco systems including dry mixed evergreen forest, grassland, riverine forest, salt water lagoons and a belt of coastal habitats. Yala existed as a game reserve since 1900 and was upgraded to the status of a National park in 1938.

Yala falls within the low country dry zone of the country where the gently rolling terrain is dominate and the annual rain fall average around 1000mm. mean temperature range from 20C in January to 28C in January. Heavy rains in the North East Monsoon occur within the period from   mid October to December and swell the two major rivers in the park which reduces to streams during dry season
